WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hello@ferreiralifestyle.com!

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible within 14 days at hello@ferreiralifestyle.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. In most scenarios, we won’t ask for the damaged piece back—who wants the hassle of a return if they don’t have to? We don’t, and we know you don’t. Once the replacement arrives, gift it or thrift it!
 
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@ferreiralifestyle.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.
 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@ferreiralifestyle.com with photos of wrong/damaged items.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR? 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. We highly recommend utilizing these to make sure you select the product that best fits you, before ordering.
