While we may provide delivery estimates, we can't provide guaranteed delivery dates.

T-shirts are usually made within 2-3 business days, but can take up to 9 business days, especially during holiday seasons or other high-traffic seasons. They usually arrive within 3-4 business days after shipping.

Home items are made within 5-7 business days, and usually arrive within 3-4 business days after shipping.

The majority of our other items are made within 3-5 business days, and arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.

• Orders sometimes ship separately in multiple packages, and sometimes on different days.

• We observe most major holidays; please exclude these from our business day estimates. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ferreiralifestyle.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

WAYLAID OR "STUCK" PACKAGES

Is your package suspiciously stuck at a particular location (i.e. Customs) for more than 10 business days? Please contact us ASAP at hello@ferreiralifestyle.com with your order number. Claims with most shipping companies must be filed within 6 weeks of the package being shipped; after that window, the package may be lost without recourse.
